Shipping Time and Rules

Delivery time varies for each product based on availability. The expected delivery time after sending the goods is indicated for each product when ordering at https://www.rotomotor.cz. If your order contains several products, the estimated delivery time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders or combine products and do not ship before the estimated shipping time. If you would like to receive the products individually as they become available, please order them separately.

For orders from EU:

​The cost of postage is calculated when summarizing the order according to the destination

Shipping to countries outside the EU is not free.

After creating the order. The price of the transport will be offered to you by email.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a notification email after your order has been shipped. Where you will also have a tracking number/link to track your shipment.
